We understand that your hiring needs and priorities can change and so can your resources. That’s why we’re a flexible technology sales recruitment agency and offer a variety of services to help you meet your objectives.
To provide you with the highest level of service, we only work with a few select companies at a time. This allows us to become thoroughly familiar with your company, people, product, work environment and expectations.
Strategic Sales Search is a technology sales recruitment agency that offers a contingency search to give companies a no risk option. You only pay a fee upon the hiring of our Impact Player Talent. If you hire someone we’ve presented, our fee is a percentage of the first year’s compensation. If you hire someone through another source, no fee is due.
Exclusive Contingency Search
This provides the same no risk arrangement as pure contingency, but in exchange for agreeing not to engage other recruiters on a particular assignment, as a technology sales recruitment agency we establish and implement a specific search plan designed to produce better results than throwing the job out to multiple recruiters. This avoids sending confusing mixed messages into the candidate pool.
Also exclusive, but with an even higher degree of priority, an initial fee gets a Strategic Sales Search Team assigned immediately, and still keeps the risk small, since you pay the bulk of our fee only upon the hiring of our Impact Player Talent. Your pay us one-third when we initiate the search, and the remaining two-thirds when the candidate begins employment.
This is the highest priority level, employed only if your need is most immediate and/or the talent skills extremely rare. We dedicate that same team of professionals, but now you are a top priority in the office, and you have exclusive access to the target candidate pool during the agreed time period. For this option, you pay us one-third to initiate the search, one-third 30 days after the search begins, and the remainder when the candidate accepts your offer.
