Amy Ruddle is a respected search expert in several niche areas. Her practice specialties include cybersecurity, enterprise communication services and cloud computing. She partners with her clients to identify, attract and onboard accomplished sales, sales management and sales engineering talent. Amy has been especially adept at helping private equity and venture backed companies drive significant revenues.
Amy’s strategy is a commitment to her industry and clients delivering 25 years of results and, in return, building a fiercely loyal client and candidate base. Her priority is matching clients’ requirements with candidates’ career goals, yielding long-term success for both parties.
Amy joined Sales Consultants in 1995, which then merged with Sales Search International. She has exceeded quota virtually every year and is a perennial Pacesetter. She was also awarded the Foundation Builders Award for demonstrating long-term leadership skills.

Jeremy has been placing some of the top and best enterprise sales talent in the industry. Jeremy has been a stable part of the leadership team within our firm and is known in the technology industry for working with the elite sales executives specializing in Cloud, SAAS, SCM, HCM, BI & Analytics, and Demand Generation just to name a few.
Throughout his tenure, Jeremy has experienced great success placing senior sales executives, pre-sales engineers, sales management and marketing executives in all levels.
One of the things that truly make Jeremy and our entire firm unique is the relationship based approach we take with our clients and candidates. This style allows to build trust and be the “go to” recruiter for sales execs throughout the U.S.
As a member of the Technology team at Sales Search International since 2015, Kayla currently manages all research for that practice area. She is responsible for the development of the “search roadmap” for the majority of our search projects, and oversees all of our database activity, original sourcing and use of the Web tools. Kayla handles as many as 5-15 searches concurrently and plays and instrumental role in the success of the firm’s top producers.
Director of Administration
Pam is clearly one of the reasons we have enjoyed such outstanding results. She is the glue that holds us together and is in charge of making sure our first impression with candidates and companies is a good one. Pam is also responsible for the firm’s technology management. Her duties include: development and management of digital media used to successfully market our services to client companies; development of broad advertisement and search techniques to sources qualified candidates.
